Enhancements to Online Bill Pay

When you log in, you’ll experience a few enhancements that will help make managing and paying bills even easier. 

To help you manage your e-Bills, we have added three new icons in the  “Features” column of the Payment Center.  These include the icons for e-Bill active, e-Bill due, and automatic payment. A new icon has been added to help increase your awareness of billers that can send you e-Bills. If you have not enrolled to receive electronic bills from an e-Biller in your list, you’ll now see a new “Sign-up” icon next to that biller. Simply click on the icon and you will be directed to the "Add an Electronic Version of My Bill" page. E-Bills save you time and help you stay organized, so enroll whenever you see the “Sign-up” icon.

Another enhancement for e-Bills is the additional option to “file” an e-Bill while viewing the summary in the pop-up window. You will still be able to file e-Bills from the Bill History summary page.
